Claire Abshier
Claire began dancing at the age of four, building essential skills in Ballet and Tap. Her dance career was incredibly focused throughout her childhood. She dedicated 11 years to studying Ballet under master performer, dancer, and actress, Lorey Conlin Brown. She also studied Ballet, Aloonzo King, LINES, and Oberlin Dance Collective.
At the age of 15, Claire branched out into other dance style like Contemporary, Jazz, Lyrical, and Musical Theater. She began competing across California, earning multiple regional titles, scholarships, and awards. During her Senior year on her competition team, she served as Assistant Coach.
Throughout her dance career, she has taught Classical Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, and Tap for the dancers in age from 3 to 20+. Claire is pleased to continue teaching and sharing the joy of dance at Ballet Kukan Academy.
