Foot Steps of Ballet Kukan Academy
Established in 2007 in Arcadia CA, Ballet Kukan Academy has been serving the Arcadia/Monrovia communities for over 10 years now. Ballet Kukan Academy offers a complete classical ballet program under Royal Academy of Dance method.
To further enhance a wider range of areas, other dances are also available such as Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop, and Tap. With more variety of dance forms and teachers, the students experience the different levels of discipline and fun!
We are also a Licensed studio to offer another RAD program "SILVER SWANS" for age 55 years old and over. All your family members can participate in Ballet Kukan's dance program from 2 years old to Grandpa and Grandma!
"Open House" is held once or twice a year for the parents to see their child(ren)'s progress and development.
In this tuition based yearly program, we respect each student's development, and set the level promotion twice a year to find the best time for each student. Ballet Kukan Academy would like to provide each student all around training, and develop his/her own creativity while enhancing their abilities.
Ballet Kukan Academy's door is always open to all people. We hope we can interact with more and more people in the community through ballet an dance.
Annual Recital
EXPERIENCING THE PROFESSIONAL STAGE PRODUCTION
Ballet Kukan Academy holds a recital once a year. It is for all the registered students from 3 years old and up. The recital is mostly held around November/December at the beautiful San Gabriel Mission Playhouse.
"Kukan" is Japanese for "Space"
CREATIVE SPACE
Ballet Kukan works to help you develop you and your child's creative space. As they grow physically, mentally, and emotionally at Ballet Kukan Academy, you will see your children create their own sense of space around them.
